Not sure which?

Three questions, one starting suggestion

A starting point, not a verdict — platform fit has exceptions, and we ask these same questions on every call.

Why cloud

One ledger. Every device. No more shoeboxes.

Cloud accounting puts your books where you are — any device with an internet connection — and puts your adviser inside the same ledger, so questions get answered in the data, not in email chains.

  • Direct bank feeds — UOB, HSBC and DBS feed straight into Xero; reconciliation becomes a review, not a chore
  • Receipt scanning — snap a photo and the expense records itself
  • Real-time cashflow — see today's position today
  • Collaboration — you and your adviser on one platform

Questions we hear every week

Straight answers.

How much does cloud accounting cost in Singapore?

Exactly what it says above: S$400, S$800 or S$1,500 per month depending on volume and reporting cadence. Add-ons quoted separately. If your volume doesn't fit a tier, we'll quote a custom scope.

Xero, QuickBooks or Jaz — which should I choose?

We're partnered with all three, so we have no horse in the race. Xero's Singapore bank feeds (UOB, HSBC, DBS) are excellent; QuickBooks often suits service businesses and tighter budgets; Jaz, the AI-first newcomer, suits smaller, lower-volume businesses and automation-hungry startups. Our honest comparison: Xero vs QuickBooks vs Jaz.

Can you take over from my current bookkeeper?

Yes — migration from spreadsheets, desktop software or another firm is routine. We map your chart of accounts, bring history across, and run a parallel month if you want belt and braces.

What counts as a "document"?

Each sales invoice, supplier bill or expense receipt processed in the month. Bank transactions reconciled against those documents don't count separately.
