What we collect
Only what you give us. The contact form asks for your name, email, phone if you offer it, and your message. The AI assistant keeps the messages you type into it for the length of the conversation. If you email or call us instead, we have whatever you chose to share. No accounts, no tracking profiles, no marketing lists.
Why we keep it
To answer your enquiry — and, if we end up working together, to do the work. That's the whole list. We won't add you to a newsletter (we don't have one) or pass your details to anyone for marketing.
The AI part
Two features on this site use Claude, an AI model by Anthropic. The contact form runs each enquiry through a short triage step so the right person picks it up first, and the AI assistant on the contact page answers general questions. Both send your message to the Anthropic API for processing; Anthropic retains API data for up to 30 days and does not use it to train its models. Our own systems store nothing about the conversation — the only record we keep is an anonymous daily usage counter per visitor (to keep the assistant available for everyone), which deletes itself within 48 hours.
Where it lives
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and form submissions reach our inbox via Web3Forms. Both run on infrastructure outside Singapore, so your message may transit overseas servers on the way — we only use providers whose protection standards are comparable to what the PDPA requires. Once your enquiry lands at [email protected], it stays with us.
Cookies
None. No analytics trackers, no advertising pixels. The site uses your browser's localStorage for exactly one thing — remembering that you dismissed a notice banner — and that never leaves your device.
Client engagements
If you engage us, the data we handle in the course of an audit, tax filing or other engagement is governed by the engagement letter and our professional obligations — which are stricter than this page.
Your rights, and who to talk to
Under the PDPA you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent for us to keep it. Just ask — no forms. Our data protection contact is Vincent Lee: [email protected] or +65 6513 5871.
